HORRIBLE RENTING EXPERIENCE !!!

Good luck trying to get anything fixed by maintenance. On one of the many maintenance requests submitted, there was a leak in the ceiling, and the leak also came through the smoke detector, causing it to go off at midnight. The water destroyed the ceiling, and we had as many as four buckets at once in my apartment collecting water. Maintenance did not come and fix the ceiling until the smoke detectors and ceiling started to mold. Once they did start working on the ceiling (WITHOUT NOTICE), my... roommate and I came back to a mess in the apartment. Employees left paint chips, plaster, and tools all over my kitchen sink, kitchen floor, countertops, carpet, and personal belongings. Extremely unhappy with the lack of communication and level of professionalism from this property. Not to mention they did a terrible job on the repairs from the ceiling and never even painted over it.

Best apartments ever!

We love Quinton Point! The girls In the office are such sweethearts that truly care about the people living here and the maintenance guys are so helpful and generous! I recommend these apartments to everyone! We’ve had to have a few big projects done in our apartment and they have been done either same day or the next day! We’re coming up on the end of our first year here so we did experience the chaotic management change last year but these girls are here to stay and they have completely... changed everything that was messed up from previous management and continue to make improvements! In my opinion these are the best apartments in JC! We looked at sooo many when we were moving and none compare to the nice and spacious floor plans, quiet location outside of town a bit, beautiful views, fair pricing, and amazing management & maintenance!

Horrible experience horrible apartment

DONT DO IT. Very unprofessional! The very first thing I noticed when I moved is that I didn’t have neighbors on the 2nd 3rd level and when they moved I can hear every single time they flushed the toilet they do the dishes sometimes I could hear what they were taking it was horrible. Not to mention that you could hear when they walked or run. The master bedroom shares the same wall to go up the stairs amd when you neighbors or somebody wants to go up to the 2nd & 3rd floor you will hear every... single steps they take literally your wall will shake because of the stairs and not to mention if you le neighbor has 2 dogs you will also hear the dogs going up and down the steps. they only have electricity from ONE company which is DS&O and you will be paying double the electric cost. And from 3-6pm everyday JUNE & AUGUST is Red zone so your paying triple the electricity. And we where 3 and from 3-6 we went to the pool or go somewhere else and we still paying 200-369 dollars of electricity. They don’t tell you about the red zone they know !!!!!!!!!The apartment beside me got flooded I called emergency maintenance they didn’t come. The Pool lady had to open the window mad shut the kitchen sink and because of that my kitchen got flooded part of the living room & 2 closets(carpet) they just hired a professional to vacuum up the water. And then my apartment smelled horrible because of the water. Also if your deciding to make the horrible decision to move in DO A MOVE IN VIDEO!!!!!!! Take pictures. When I left they where trying to charge me for damage that where there before I move in and they didn’t know that I took a I video from the move in inspection. If you get your deposit back takes about 2 months. If you called to see the status they would literally hung up and if you called corporate which is in Oklahoma (Eucalyptus real estate) they lady that’s in charge of the security deposit will never respond. Also they don’t even care about what’s wrong in your apartment they are so rude & because the majority of their tenants are military it’s more money if something it’s damaged the owner gets for them.

Not what you think or see

Do not live here !! First is that they (knowing) don’t tell you that you only have ONE electric company which is DS&O and from 3pm to 6pm they charge you triple the amount of electric. That’s only for July thru August. Then you’ll be paying double the electric. If you choose to rent flat rate(all utilities included) you will most definitely use more (Utilities) & then you’ll have to pay extra at rent day.

-Structural wise you hear everything, Every step. If someone flushed the toilet you...
will hear the water coming down the from the 3rd floor to the 2nd floor. Quinton point apartments are not well insulated. You WILL HEAR EVERYTHING!! If you have apartment near the stairs you hear every step because the stairs are connected to the master bedroom. The policy is if you have a pet you will pick up what the dog made & absolutely nobody pick up there dog poop. There’s dog poop everywhere at the point if you are going to thedumbster You’ll probably have poop on your shoes. This place is a mess when you start living everyday & seeing all this stuff.

This place is amazing!

This place is amazing for military families, especially if your kids go to middle school, is only around 10 miles from Ft Riley, super close to groceries stores, and restaurants. The office manager is such a nice lady as well as the maintenance guy, very professional and quick.
