Do Not Bother
These are roach infested, nasty, dirty, disgusting apartments. The bottom floor floods over and over and the the building manager does absolutely nothing. There is trash all over the outside of these apasrtments. Remodeled consists of a new fridge and stove and a diswasher that does not work. The lady that manages the apartments has a rude and nasty disposition anytime you address a problem. Nothing is fixed. The apartments have a nasty foul order due to all the plumbing leaking and flooding.... They has the audacity to charge new building rent for these ran down disgusting apartments. The building manager does nothing but lie about the issues of these apartments and covers for the slum lord that owns them. The city of Manhattan should be ashamed to have these apartments in their town.
