Living at the axis has been fantastic as a UK student. It’s been incredibly convenient because it’s just a short walk to class. The peaceful atmosphere here is great for focusing on my studies and the safety measures make living alone feel secure. I highly recommend this community to other UK students.

Amazing property!
Absolutely loving my experience at this apartment complex since moving here for college at UK! Being pet friendly is a huge plus for me, and the courtyard is such a chill spot to hang out with friends or study outdoors. One thing I really appreciate is how quick the maintenance team is to fix issues. Overall, I couldn't ask for a better place to call home while studying at UK!

Great Place to Live
I lived here my last 2 years of college. The location was great and it was within walking distance for most things. It was especially great for UK football games. The staff was excellent, always there when I needed them. Repairs were done on time and done correctly. For the price it is one of the best options. I would recommend living here if you are looking for a good place to live.

Avoid-Handles Crisis Situations Horribly
If any emergency situation ever arises when you live here, good luck. Management lies to residents and does not communicate effectively when things go wrong. There was a fire, and the whole place lost electricity, and residents were kept in the dark. They cut the phone lines and don't respond to texts. Very little support was offered, and everyone lost their apartment with little relocation help from management. These people don't actually care about their residents or this situation would've... been handled differently. It was a good option for the price and location for a UK student before, but now, I am incredibly disappointed, AVOID IF AT ALL POSSIBLE.

Despite phone line outages due to the fire, our management team made door-to-door visits to keep residents informed as well as communicated... via email and text. We also arranged hotel accommodations and offered relocation assistance to our other communities for affected residents.

Best place
The Axis apartment is not only that is very suitable for me as it is the closest to my workplace but it is also very serene, neat and spacious units, with fantastic appliances included in the unit. But the best of all is the staff specially Kyle the manager. He is very accommodating and gives the answers to my queries and very prompt in taking actions to resolve any house maintenance concerns and other related matters.
