We moved to Lexington from Mississippi November 12th 2021 to this apartment complex. WE LOVE IT HERE!! Everyone is so friendly and nice here. The staff crew is OUTSTANDING!! They helped us with so much, due to this being our first time out on our own. The apartment, the grounds, the clubhouse ALL are clean and well kept together. The apartment is located in a safe and great location. Everything is near, yet peaceful. Once our lease comes up.. we will sign to extend our stay.

Best area, best apartment complex!
I love it here! The grounds are always super clean, the maintenance crew is always prompt and friendly, and the office staff is great and friendly as well! We haven't had any problems living here, all our neighbors are so nice and the complex itself is close to everything in lexington! Highly recommend!

Never enjoyed an Apt more!!
Highly satisfied, been here 1 year, maintenance is very fast and efficient, office staff is pleasant and helpful, Grounds and pool well maintained, monthly pest control is part of your lease so you never have to worry about anything coming in from someone else's apartment, lease terms are reasonable, on site security officer, lovely walking and sports park directly behind apt property, living on top floor you run your heat alot less in the winter, well insulated and neighbors heat from... downstairs rising keeps the walls not too chilly, no problems at all with sounds from other apts, acoustics are super nice you cant hear the living room tv at all if you close your bedroom door, grounds are quiet at night, bathtub is big enough you can actually sit in it and enjoy, pets are allowed and they do keep active watch that people are cleaning up after their pets. The only complaints i have are minor, i had a roommate, i didnt realize the intake AC filter is in her bathroom, she kept her door closed at all times which means our entire apt was not being filtered at all. Keep that door open! When we moved in i had to request bottom door sweep installed there is space there and interior hallways the neighbors cooking etc smells coming in, which they promptly and no charge installed for me. and last but not least the laundry room to me leaves much to be desired, washers are too small and dryers Never ever get clothes entirely dry. Unfortunately not the kind of dryers you can just put another quarter in, you have to pay for entire cycle again. And if you do that you either fry your clothes or have to come back in 15 mins to turn it off manually. Other than that we are very happy here and currently signing a new lease!!!
