Let me start with the staff, the manager is the best. I was here before and did not want to even tour after hearing my friends horror stories but now I do not worry about a thing. The communication is great and prompt. They actually get the apartments fully ready and looking new before someone new moves in and it is great all around, highly reccomend!

Great place to live
So far, my stay has been amazing! Everyone at the leasing office is extremely helpful and understanding. Since I'm in school, I love the free printing.

The dumpster is overflowing with garbage on a regular basis causing mice in the apartments

Horrible
Things constantly break maintenance just put a band-aid fix on it and call it a day. Management communication skills are very poor and at times flat out rude. If you need anything from management, you have to make sure to walk in office. Getting any communication outside of walking in office does not happen. If management commits to a time to meet/speak with you do not expect them to follow through with agreed upon time or reach out at all. If you have an emergency after hours, they will not... answer! I would NEVER recommend this property to anyone
