Encountered a lot of issues living here very unprofessional staff, would not recommend

We've experienced maintenance issues and had to call multiple times to get issues resolved. Management turnover is high and upper management is not good. They do not care about their residents or the cleanliness/safety/appearance of the property. There is trash everywhere, crime is getting much worse with break ins happening often. They will not return your calls or emails until you are extremely persistent with it. This apartment complex is very poorly run. They are extremely slow at responding to maintenance orders and the front desk workers are very rude when you have to call about anything. At the moment, we have a broken dishwasher, clogged sink, and have infestation of both rats and flies. Other issues we've had in the 10 months being here include: ruptured flooring, hole in the patio fence, broken dryer pieces, broken A/C unit, and no cold water. Make sure to do your research and read all reviews before moving here! Management is rude and will ignore you! They will not take care of any issues you have and once communication with them starts turning into a complaint they go ghost and don’t respond!! I do not recommend. I’ve lived in a few different complexes and I am shocked at how they treat their residents.

They constantly survey and invade on your privacy but refuse to send anyone to fix appliances, plumbing, etc.
