Rude staff, bugs, mice, Neighbors digging through trash.
Unless you are in dire straits I suggest you stay away. The office staff and maintenance people are rude and uncooperative. I reported a hole in foundation and was met with "That's not our problem". A HOLE in the FOUNDATION is not their problem.
Meanwhile I have all sorts of critters crawling out from under the wall in the same spot. But it's not their problem.
A year ago I had mice. MICE! And was merely given sticky traps. I had to... purchase AND dispose of any mice I caught(4). Again, not their problem.
Look elsewhere if elsewhere is a choice.

The apartments need a little updating. The maintenance staff are nice and get the job done. Overall it's very quiet and very convenient to grocery stores, gas stations, and shopping.

Chamberlain Oaks
I've lived in Chamberlain Oaks for several years now. These are the nicest and most affordable apartments in Jefferson County. The area is peaceful. It's located in a clean and friendly community with plenty of attractions and amenities.
