I am recently a prior tenant to this property. What I can't seem to figure out is how they have a "4.3 out of 5" rating on this website when you can manually do the math and it's below 2 stars. I don't know who they pay to have good reviews, but this place is not where you want to live. Take it from me: your family, and money, are much better off elsewhere. Management is terrible. They play favorites and have special enforcement depending on who you are. If you have a legitimate problem with a... neighbor, or a maintenance issue, you better hope that you're a favorite or else you'll be wondering if anything will ever be done. For any current residents, best of luck, and to any prospective residents - RUN.

Not safe and management does NOT care.
My dog and I were attacked by dogs within the complex and were basically told “oh well”. The owner and dogs lived there, so even though management knew them, they decided to do nothing. We were both left bloody and needing medical attention, but had no sympathy or concern from management, whatsoever. Even the manager above anyone working within the complex told me “there’s not much we can do” and left us to fend for ourselves. No cameras or any safety precautions within the premises either.

Sketchy business and not worth living there
Do not rent from here! They will try to charge you for damages that they were too lazy to repair from previous tenants! We broke lease and they are trying to charge us for a rip in the laminate in the little laundry closet, which we never used because we only live there for a month and we did laundry elsewhere. The rip was there when we received the apartment and we said something to them but we didn’t care if it was fixed or not because it was in a closet. Since we have broke the lease we were... supposed to get a check in the mail a couple weeks later for 600 dollars. Its been well over a month and a half and we have not received anything. I called and they seemed very sketchy. Steer clear of this apartment. It looks nice at first but it smells like cigarettes and marijuana and the walls are super thin so you can hear all neighbors.

Management is poor
After emailing and researching and traveling from Florida to apply my application. I sat in the waiting area for 1 hour and 15 mins. To be told that they will not accept a application because suppsodly there was no one bed rooms coming availabel any time soon.

The 1-stars below are not good references.
So, I lived here for 6-7 months. I really liked management. Gavin, he is a by-the-book kind of guy. My background: I am a quiet neighbor. I don’t like odd smells such as smoking. I make sure I’m not bothering others and I always greet my neighbors upon move-in and trade numbers. I’m not a fan of people that leave poop in the grass.(Even though I wouldn’t report someone for it. I would never want to separate a dog from their owner even if it slightly downgraded my quality of life.) We had the 2... bedroom deluxe with right under 1200 ft. Pros: The walls are a little thicker than usual apartments. My neighbor would have something happen that he believe would cause a loud noise. He always texted me to make sure he didn’t disturb me and I can say I never heard anything. Everything was new, clean and never had any pests. As I discussed with Mike, that was working there when I moved in, “There aren’t any amenities such as a pool, tennis courts or car wash area. What you guys here have is a high quality minimum.” The maintenance guy was fast. We discovered a leak one evening coming from the dishwasher and we immediately turned it off. As soon as we called the maintenance guy, he was there in 5-9 minutes. (This was at 8pm) F.Y.I. The leak was because we did not shut it right. There was a fitness room with tv’s. The appliances are new. The stove was a flat top and they have washer and drier hook-ups. They had sufficient parking and the pavement was new. The cons: We were told upon move-in that they would try everything they could to put us next to people that didn’t smoke. That apparently was not enough because 4 of 6 months there, we had a neighbor that smoked in the apartment. The smoke would creep up through cracks and enter our apartments. We had complained about the smoking and they repeated what they had said before we signed the lease, “we are going to try everything to put you near non-smokers, but if the case were to arise that you are put near a smoker, there is nothing we can do.We can’t go tell someone to not smoke in their apartment. Of course it is in the lease that smoking is discouraged and it may result in more fees at the end of your lease, but smoking in the apartment is not something we can warn someone about or evict.” (I don’t mind people smoking outside and/or near the building, but when it creeps into my apartment, that is when I feel there is an issue.) People would not clean up after dogs.
