Horrible- wish I could give 0 stars
I have lived here since 2013 and in that time I have seen NO LESS than 8 management teams try to take control of this place... We have gone weeks with NO ONE in the front office to take complaints, but they never failed to get the rent. I have a sink hole in my bathroom floor that has been there since I moved in... They attempted to fix it by putting cement over it and new flooring, but the wood is dry rotted underneath so it’s sinking again... It took them an entire summer to fix that... My... microwave blew out over 4yrs Ago from a bad power surge due to a thunderstorm... Although the microwave was built in and came with the apartment they never came to fix it... I just recently got a stove hood because it’s been so long they don’t even offer the microwave anymore... I have pictures of clothes and shoes that have been thrown away because of mold, as well as furniture that accumulated mold, as well... I have sent to the front office several times and they have yet to respond... I currently have a hole that has developed in the wall of my utility closet because the Sheetrock has dry rotted. The office has yet to do anything about it, and it’s been over a year... My kitchen cabinets have dry rotted and are breaking away from the walls... they came to inspect and put a work order in 2 years ago, and nothing has been done still... they have claimed that they have to order the parts... 2 years! A few years ago I went an entire summer without air conditioning until finally I complained so much that they FINALLY did a thorough check and found that the landscapers has hit my a/c unit and punctured it so i needed a new unit. Mind you this was AFTER talking to the apartment manager and she had said she would have a unit ordered to me in two days, then when I talked to the maintenance manager he said that she had lied because there was nothing ordered for my unit... Don’t talk about trying to contact the main business office that manages the properties because the regional manager DOES NOT CALL YOU BACK!!! The o my reason I stayed was because I had a daughter with lupus and we were in and out of the hospital and I didn’t have time to deal with it... she passed away in August so I am moving ASAP...

Hidden Jokes Part 1
hmmmm...where do I begin? let's start at the beginning. I moved here in September of 2017 and it was a nightmare. During the move-in process, I was under the impression that there was a special and I didn’t have to pay a security deposit, only for the office to put notices on my door 3 months later talking about a woman wanting to sue for not getting her deposit back. Apparently, someone was slated to move into my unit, paid their deposit and then changed their mind for unknown reasons. Her... deposit was somehow then put on my account when I moved. The office then requested that I pay a deposit and then had the audacity to ask me to just pay the woman instead of them. Now, in the midst of dealing with this situation, I was also constantly dealing with a flooding kitchen. The refrigerator would flood the kitchen every few hours and no matter how many times I asked for maintenance, no one did anything except tell me that they would put in a work order. Then one night, the door actually FELL COMPLETELY OFF of my refrigerator. The only reason the fridge ended up getting fixed is because the water damage had gotten so bad to where my neighbor under me had their roof cave in. And HE was the one who came and fixed it. My neighbor, yall. And to this day, I STILL haven’t heard a word regarding that maintenance issue. Around my 4th or 5th month of staying, I was actually locked out of my apartment because the key absolutely would not turn. And while I’m at it, let me mention how I actually had to rewire my own ceiling fan because the previous tenant broke the light chain and I didn’t have any lighting in my living room. Speaking of lighting, let’s talk about how they let me stay there for a good 4 months and never mentioned that I had to pay a light bill. I guess that’s partially my fault for not reading the lease thoroughly but still….how do you let the stuff go on? And during the winter of 2017, you know that same winter where it snowed in LOUISIANA and it was freezing, my thermostat broke and I had no heat and they would not fix it until I paid them but they would never send anyone to even assess what was wrong with the doggone thing so that I could know how much to pay. I ended up using my bathroom heater and oven to warm my home (& ran the light bill up and that was when they figured out the power was in the complex’s name).
