This is a great place to live! Great staff, quiet, gated, work orders are completed in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend if you’re looking for those type of qualities when looking for a place to live.

Best Place To Live!!!
The apartments are very nice and well taken care of. The custodian Justin is very nice and does a great job of keeping the grounds beautiful. It is an amazing place to call home! Townhome Living at it’s best!!

Overall Good Value
The Arbor's Apartments has been a decent place to stay. The staff is very friendly and the price is great. The buildings do look a bit aged, but they've done well at updating the appliances. The stray cats are also becoming a bit of an annoyance. Overall though, good value!

Thank you for your review and feedback. Though the buildings themselves cannot be changed much, we do renovate interiors of the apartments when we can. We will make sure the manager is aware of the cat issue.
