Living in 53 Parkman Street was an absolute nightmare. The landlord is really rude, especially if you're a younger tenant. He screwed my windows shut once, which I'm fairly sure is a fire hazard. He and his wife are nosey, unfriendly, and unhelpful. The building also allows people to let themselves into your apartment without any warning, whether it be prospective renters, the landlord himself, or random people with cameras who photograph your personal belongings without any explanation. I would... FIRMLY RECOMMEND finding somewhere else to live, unless you want to live with an invasive landlord, and have your privacy violated 24/7.
