Everything is great here including the amenities and quality of equipment except the windows, they're not fully soundproof to block the noise from Route 9, especially on Wednesday's and weekdays when the trucks drive by, even the noise cancelling headphones are not enough. I wish the management takes care of this one thing some day.

Very quiet community with good amenities and when something needs to be fixed the show up within 24 hours to fix the problem. Love the brick wall keeps the sound of ur neighbors out

I just moved in, so I’m getting a feel of the area and the people in the community. So far the elevators are down which is okay , but I’m hoping not for long, those stairs are a killer work out lol.

The apartments have great potential! The amenities are wonderful but the quality of the apartments themselves are lacking. Many things in the kitchen are not properly installed. The bathroom grows mold way to fast and we rarely have hot water. In addition to very short notice for renovations or pest control appointments leaving me and my family scrambling to get time off and remove everything from the kitchen even though we dont have bugs in our apartment. However maintenance is very respectful... and quick. And for the most part most of the office staff are kind and understanding.
