Overall, this apartment is very clean, comfortable, and easy to live in. The facilities are well-maintained, and the layout is spacious. The location is also convenient, with good access to shops and public transportation. The only downside is that the sound of the train is a bit noticeable, but other than that, I’m very satisfied. It’s a great place to live, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable home.

Convenient location by Alewife Red Line and Fresh Pond Mall shops. Good for car-free living, with a Blue Bike facility and bicycle parking. Not enough light in the main living space, but bedroom has large windows with ample light. Rent increases have varied drom 5-6% for 13-15 month leases, and up to 26% for 12-month lease renewals. Starry internet is reliable most of the time. Maintenance is very responsive, which is appreciated. Overall, 4/5 for convenient car-free lifestyle, but natural light... in your unit may be a drawback, expect annual rent increases.

Everyone has been so helpful and accommodating. We have no complaints thus far. The location is perfect with everything that is in close proximity to our building!
