Overall a positive experience, beautiful apartment, great amenities, wonderful neighbors, excellent general cleaning woman and maintenance man who work extremely hard and are very responsive. New front desk staff also very helpful and friendly. Change in Management has improved overall communication to residents and improvements have been made to grills and other features. Rising costs in the area as well as an escalation in crime and drugs are a concern and require attention to security.... Residents also need to be closely monitored for lease violations which cause the building interior to deteriorate (excessive trash left behind, dog accidents on carpeting, furniture left in the garage, etc.). Overall a positive experience.
