I just renewed my lease for 14 months. I am happy to call this place home. I have no complaints about the accommodations, property, management or neighbors (hopefully my kids and I haven't driven the neighbors nuts) but I'm looking forward to continuing to live here.

I have had an all around positive experience here so far. The maintenance team are helpful and quick to respond. The facilities are adequate and the noise is relatively low most of the time. Plenty of restaurants and stores in the area and easy access to the highway

Regret that trees have been removed and new construction.
Decision to renew lease is to be carefully considered though high rate of rent is a factor.
