Love it!

I moved in here about a year ago and it's been lovely. The property management staff quickly responds to any and all of my questions and requests. The flooring was new when moved in which helped a lot with my allergies and they have really taken things seriously, especially some of the really bad neighbors we had (they're gone now and it's a HUGE improvement). I can pay my rent online and text the landlord, they really rent in the 21st century and that's not easy to find.

This has gone bad and management let it happen

We have lived here 4 years. It was nice and quiet then. Since we now live with the neighbors smoking pot other new neighbors party all the time. We can not leave our windows open. We can not hear our own TV due to neighborhood kids. We report this and are told we will be called back and it never happens. We have repair issues that get ignored. Now are rent goes up. Joy oh joy. We will be moving when we find a place.

Is anybody taking care of business?

We live in a rented townhouse complex. Two bedroom, 1 1/2 bath, kitchen(very small) and living room dining area open concept. This could be a nice place to live if it were properly taken care of. Thing is we've been here 8 years and can get no improvements to the apartment unless we move into another unit that has been vacated and redone but then we would lose our spot. When the ceiling leaked because of the roof the just painted the ceiling. Next rainstorm stain on ceiling is back. During the... winter months the walks were not snowblown or shoveled on time so ice built up. Also not sanded. A neighbor went and got sand that we used. Can't paint the walls ourselves, they need it. Carpet is worn. Disposal backs up into the dishwasher and we're told we have to run it at least once a week. We pay the electricity. We are not the only one's with this problem. We have a cellar we can't use due to the smell and they gave us a humidifier that we have to run constantly at our expense. They let people and friends park anywhere, no assigned parking. Oh and the rent just went up for the second time in a year. Oh they did put nice new fronts steps on each apartment, but should have replaced the back ones with holes in them first and replace the roof.
