Westgate Arms in Methuen, MA has been getting worse with time. It is becoming more like a prison. You cannot have decorations on YOUR OWN door. It is nearly impossible to get in contact or get a call back from the property. We do not have doorbells. Packages are stolen regularly, and they refuse to put up security cameras.

Poor Property Management
Good luck getting a hold of property management or maintenance on the phone. I only ever reach someone on the emergency maintenance line. Lower level hallway flooded 6 months ago, took them over a week to come out to fix it and there is still a hole cut into the wall where the "fix" was. It started leaking again this week! Laundry room is dirty and the machines are unreliable - this is also not property management's concern as they do not control the machines. A call must be placed to a... third-party company that will then - maybe - be out to fix in 7-14 days. The machines will then break down once more 2 days later. Do not have ANYTHING shipped here, it will be stolen. Neighbors are loud (screaming children @ 11pm) and disrespectful (Blasting music in the parking lot @ 3:30am). Management does nothing. Best of luck!
