Mediocre, too many instances of elevators, not being available people are moving in way past the four hour window that is allotted for them to do so. Not nearly enough handicapped parking spots. The package room is theft waiting to happen. I’ve already had one package go missing. I’ve had my car broken into in the parking garage. My window smashed. I’ve had several maintenance calls in the short time that I’ve lived here. I would just say mediocre. Nothing that’s anything but average at best. I... wouldn’t recommend I would not renew my lease.

The crosswind staff is exceptional ,however more time with a manager on the property is needed. The building could use power washing ,painting and removal of the poster of a child s head with a baseball cap facing Forrest Drive .

A nice, quiet community with a friendly and attentive leasing team. The grounds are fairly well maintained. Sometimes the smell of cigarette smoke permeates the halls which can be annoying, especially given this property has a no-smoking policy.
