I moved to the Flats 9 months ago. It simply has the best management team - Manager Chris and Assistant Manager Karen - that I have ever seen in a residential property. They instill a culture of Community; they create a sense of “home” and tenant support and service - true professionalism. The Flats has been a wonderful choice for me: clean public areas, wonderful concierge staff, quiet, and great maintenance -,Richard has been especially helpful.

The apartments are nice with good amenities. It’s spacious, the area is full of great restaurants and stores, and the move-in process was super smooth. Very accommodating!
