Luxury Living in the Heart of Downtown Bethesda – Modern Apartments with Unmatched Convenience!

I’ve had a fantastic experience living at Flats at Bethesda Avenue! The management team is incredibly responsive and always goes above and beyond to ensure residents’ needs are met. The facilities are well-maintained, from the beautifully landscaped grounds to the clean and modern common areas. The apartment itself is spacious, with high-quality finishes and all the modern amenities I could ask for. I especially love the quiet, friendly atmosphere and how conveniently located it is—close to... shopping, dining, and public transportation in downtown Bethesda.
