I work from home one day a week. Music starts blasting at 9AM from some apartment above without fail. The office refuses to do anything about it but to give context it’s like the music is cranked up to 11 in my own apartment.

Every weekend late at night there are random people hanging around outside or in the lobby trying to get upstairs. It’s not safe. The management codes our fobs to the floor we live on and they make it so we only have access to one elevator. They even lock the stairwell so... paying residents can’t access them. So I’ve found myself stuck with these kids who obviously don’t live here and they wait in the elevator until someone with a fob comes so they can sneak upstairs. Since management locks all of us legitimate residents out of the various other entry points to our apartments I’m forced to basically lead these strange men to my exact apartment. There used to be a guard who would sit in the mezzanine with his earbuds in but I haven’t seen him for months.

The garage door leading to my floor has been broken for as long as I can remember meaning unauthorized people can enter that way.

People leave trash in front of their door or in front of the door to the trash room. I’ll see it when I leave out in the morning and it’s there when I return in the evening. Aesthetically, it’s a nice building but it’s not managed appropriately. Oh and the amenities are mainly for show during tours. The fitness center is the only place that is actually open. Read More
