Lovely place, the apartment is very peaceful, quiet, neat and very secured. The keep fit space and the swimming pool presence complements it all.

Alvista is a nice place to live, the Leasing agents are very friendly and displays great customer service.
2 issues, the walls a paper thin! I live on the top floor and I can hear the people below me and beside me. I can hear when they are in the bathroom using it.
There is never parking where I live.

I love the calm nature of the complex and the fact that it has a lot of parking space ,, I love the fact that it has a car wash station ,, alvista is a place to be

I have enjoyed the effective communication and community wide events hosted by the leasing office staff. It is nice to know that as changes are happening in the area, the leasing office staff lets ur know as they find out, so I am always up to date on the latest information.

The Leasing office Team has always given superior customer service, maintenance however has not. Maintenance always does a half job.(having to be called more than once) for the same job. The trash is an issue and the mailroom should be locked, and the gate has never worked.
