Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my experience at this property. The employees have been fantastic and have provided excellent customer service and support. Communication has been top-notch and the property management team is great at responding to any questions or concerns in a timely manner. I couldn't have asked for a better place to live for the past three months. Ask for Julia, she is fantastic

Aspen at Melford town center is a phenomenal place to call home. The staff is top notch, professional, and very attentive to the needs of the residents. The facilities are clean and 5 star resort like. The views as you walk around the property and the lake are picturesque and peaceful. The neighbors and their furry family members are kind, friendly, and respectful. I truly love it here. If you’re looking for a great community to call home this is it. 30 mins from Baltimore and downtown... Washington DC. Too many stores, restaurants, and places of interest in between to name.

Beautiful and peaceful place to live.
We have lived here since August 2024 and we have enjoyed it so much. Having a large parking garage onsite is very convenient. The building is very well maintained and they keep it very clean. My favorite part is living right by some water with a walking trail around it. It’s tucked away in a new and upcoming area. Definitely worth a look inside and consider making this place your home.

The office and maintenance staff are very professional, courteous and responsive. There are monthly activities to give you the opportunities to meet other residence and interact with the staff. I have enjoyed my time at Aspen.
