The unit is nice, but the kitchen never seems to be without roaches. It is difficult to bring in groceries, for the rain hits the loading dock, which smells of garbage especially in the heat of summer, and the doors do not open easily for carrying in heavy bags.

The apartments are nice size, but I haven't been here three months yet and have a pest problem. If it weren't for the pest, this would be the best place.

summer season was great I really enjoyed the pool. The lifeguard staff was always professional and respectful. Meet fellow tenants which was wonderful The .maintenance staff kept the grounds looking good.

It has been a month since I moved in; and I had nothing but a good experience. The people are nice and the staff are welcoming. Maintenance response within 48 hours of you putting a work order in see your availability to complete the task. I can truly say I am not regretting this move thus far .
