Terrible experience living here. My AC broke down multiple times, and it took them a month just to get me a portable AC. The hallway lights have been out for two months, and nothing has been done. Homeless people constantly hang out in the common areas, and the parking gate is always malfunctioning. There are so many more issues, but these are just the highlights. Avoid this place at all costs!

We only come part time to our apartment, but it is very convenient for us to have it. I appreciate the coffee machine in the lobby, and the maintenance team is very responsive to any requests I have made.
I intend to renew my lease when it comes time.

I have enjoyed living at Vista Wilde Lake Apartments. The staff is friendly and helpful, the amenities are easily accessible and always clean. Specifically the gym is large and has a great variety of equipment.

I just moved in, and I’m already loving it here! The leasing process was smooth, and the staff welcomed me from day one. The apartment is spacious and clean, and the community amenities are fantastic. The location is excellent.

My experience with the staff has been extremely unpleasant, for being a tenant for a number of years. I would not recommend this Apartment complex to anyone at this point.
