Heavily infested with cockroaches. The entire building is infested, so you will continue to struggle with this pest problem. Leasing office will try to come out with explanations which are not true at all. DON'T LISTEN TO THEM. Their behavior will change soon once you sign the lease. Water drips from the floor above, outdated appliances. Maintenance team doesn’t really solve the problem. You will continue to have issues because of their temporary fixes. Rent is not justified with this condition... of the apartment. You will have about $100 additional bills for water, sewer, trash and pest control services which is not included in the rent listed. In-floor laundry will require you to recharge your own laundry card. FYI: Laundry machines rarely work. You need to go outside for laundry. Leasing office doesn’t seem to care about your problems. AND MANY MORE ISSUES WITH THIS PLACE. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

Heavily infested with cockroaches and other pests - Don't rent this place
This establishment deserves no stars whatsoever. I couldn't bring myself to grant even a single star in its rating. All I wanted was for my lease to expire so I could finally leave this dreadful place behind.
This apartment building is heavily infested with cockroaches. The old, dilapidated structure is completely overrun by the pests, and no amount of effort by you or the building's pest control service will solve the problem, since the entire building is heavily infested. Many previous... reviews have warned about this issue, which I unfortunately ignored before moving in. Even when you eventually move out, you'll likely have to discard furniture, clothing, and other belongings to fully rid yourself of the cockroaches. Mice are also a common problem in this apartment. The building management is unlikely to resolve the infestation, so do not trust their claims that the issue can be fixed.
The in-unit laundry facilities are frequently out of order, with washers and dryers malfunctioning on most days. Residents waste time and money going from floor to floor, only to find that the machines do not properly clean or dry their clothes.
The aging buildings frequently experience water leaks from the floors above, which has led to repeated, frustrating calls to the maintenance service.
The building's aging heating and cooling system has repeatedly failed, leaving occupants to endure severe cold and heat. On multiple occasions, the maintenance team has had to make numerous visits to diagnose and resolve the persistent issues with the outdated system.
It is important to note that an additional charge of approximately $100 is required for water, sewer, trash, and pest control services, which are not included in the advertised rent. The communal laundry service is not complimentary, necessitating a recharge of the laundry card, which incurs an additional cost of around $50.
The apartment had outdated appliances and an aging building structure. The closet doors, shower faucet, and other fixtures were all starting to fall apart. The maintenance team failed to properly replace these items, instead only providing temporary fixes. As the year concluded, I received a lease renewal notice indicating an increase of approximately $100 per month, which is astonishing given the condition of the apartment. This property requires a comprehensive renovation and should not be available for rent until such improvements are made.

DISJUSTING AND HORRIBLE !! Do not MOVE HERE!
ROACH INFESTATION!!! MOLD everywhere in the vents and bathroom walls! Not once did they try to fix it, only by painting over the mold. I have lived here for over a year. Pest control only came 1 time since living there. Management has changed twice. Horrible management . When they changed managements they said they didn’t have our information and tried to blame us for the roaches when all the buildings have roaches even the renovated ones! The laundry is horrible always flooding and they never... fix it. It’s always dirty outside. Gang signs spray painted on walls. Management does not care about anything other than getting rent money.

DISGUSTING.
DISGUSTING. I moved here three months ago and it has been nothing short of a nightmare. The move-in process was a disaster, as the property manager kept delaying my move when I would show up with my belongings, saying she couldn't give me the keys because the unit "wasn't ready". The pipes are all so old and clogged that sewage and rotten food from the neighbors is constantly regurgitated up through my kitchen sink, which has ruined all of my kitchen rugs and sprays sewage all over the counters... and walls. Maintenance has come six times and never fixes it, just tells the neighbors to "not use their sink". The laundry rooms are constantly flooding and not working, and people try to break into them to smoke. The police are here every single day for suspicious activity, drugs, and violence. I've found blood smeared all over the walls by the mailboxes. I found roaches my first day here, turns out everybody has them. The property manager accused me of bringing them from my old residence. Pest control came once a week for three weeks, but never did anything except look around and then leave (I have cameras inside so I know). Then they stopped coming and management wont sent them back. Management seems to not know how to use a phone or return an email, either. I cannot wait to leave this filthy place. Disgusting.

Not worth it
Terrible. 3 property management companies in as many years, each one more incompetent than the last. Every year my HVAC is broken and it takes several request before they actually fix it. This years saga....they lied and said that all units had been serviced as of May 1st. Made a service request on the 11th, had to go back on the 14th and ask about the status, they said they were unaware there was an issue. Someone finally came out on the 15th, stated my circuit board was fried and will take 2... to 3 days to get the part. Told me today, the 20th that the part would be in tomorrow, but said they would have someone come check out my unit again. AC has been working all evening. So it would appear that I have been miserable in my over priced apartment for no good reason for the last 3 weeks. I even requested for them to put in a window unit on the 15th which they ignored.
In the winter they do not clear the parking lot well or in a timely fashion. Most of the time they do not plow (and I use that term loosely) until 10-11am. So good luck getting to work on time, that’s if you don’t break your neck or back on the unsalted steps.
There is a gym but it’s only open when the leasing office is open so if you have a regular 9-5 job you can’t even use it except for Saturday’s from 10-4.
0/10 would recommend. Each Property Manager I have dealt with has been rude. The current one hung up the phone on me when I had to call her back and request the corporate number when she didn’t email it to me like she said she would.
