Overall the property is well kept.
The maintenance team is very nice and will answer any questions that you have when walking around though the online ticket portal does not get checked.

Moved in in December and was told that the only way to access the property is through the call box or with a fob, though the call box does not always work and other residents have a code that can be entered to open the door/gate.

While there is a gate which is nice, it breaks and takes a while to get fixed. I... am unable to connect the opener to my car garage opener as other residents are able to as well.

While the units are being renovated, feature in unit laundry, updated kitchen and bathrooms, the floors are not level(on the 3rd floor) and the shower takes over 10 minutes to heat up to warm.

We are having some internet delays as well even though the provider shows that there should be no issues too.

We live in an unrenovated apartment and maintenance is quick and supportive for my outdated fixtures. The building is old but the ground maintenance is great and gets cleaned every weekday. The office lacks communication and does last minute, like day before, notices: such as pest control applications, fire extinguisher checks, apartment inspections, and office closures. Years ago there used to send out a monthly newsletter, that was helpful, but now the notices are last minute and usually come... with a fee for noncompliance.
