I live here for two years and have witnessed lots of car break-ins and tire theft, and nothing is done about it. They will not even tell residents to take precautions. Also during festive periods they will forget about you. I had water pouring down continuously from the utility room and until Christmas and New year passed before they could fix it and part of the wall in one bedroom was completely taken off and replaced due to too much soaking. They took like 4 weeks to complete the work. Also... you will call for maintenance and get tired for simple maintenance. I left the apartment one month earlier and they still charge me $141 for water bill (we were just 2 in the apartment). That is ridiculous. Neighbors smoke alot of weed that you can't even breathe inside your own apartment.

0 stars...don't move here
Lived here about 5 years. Apartments are old, the maintenance men just "patch" things up when they break. The walls are thin you can hear conversations that you don't want to hear. The property has a child care center which is expensive, no tennis court on site. Traffic is terrible when their is an event at FedEx field prepare to wait 30 or more minutes to get home. Certain buildings have a strong marijuana scent which lingers in the hallway, and you can smell it in you apartment. They raise the... rent every year with no improvements to the apartments. The community manager, and the assistant community manger are RUDE ! Save your money move somewhere else.

Don't move here, save your money!
I have lived here for years and within the last year this place has become rodent infested (a lot of mice). Marijuana filled hallways that you can smell as soon you walk out your doors and even coming through the vents. The management puts more money into towing vehicles than safety and security for residents (hence the high number of car break ins). They have been advertising " pay rent online" for months now the system is not even in place yet. Its just bad, save your money and move else... where. They don't care about their residents here and its just getting worst.
Management is rude and lack customer service. On the redskins/stadium events you can't even get onto the block without sitting 30 mins in traffic and this is just to get into the community.

Not as advertised
I have a "renovated" unit and it initially seemed like a great bargain; however the upgrades are low quality, the neighbors do not respect my peace by blasting music at all hours of the day and night, the traffic is downright disastrous during stadium events, and to make matters worse the management in the rental office are unpleasant, not customer service oriented, and are downright rude.
I must preface my opinion on the fact that I was desperate to move and needed to stay in a specific... school zone and this was one of the lower prices in the area. On my first visit to tour the the unit I was told over the phone to come in and view a unit and when i got there the ride manager told me there was no unit but to fill out an application when I hadn't even seen a unit. Keep in mind I took time off from work just to stop by based on my phone convo.
My next issue is traffic; during one of the busier stadium events traffic was so bad that I had to park at the shopping center with the Planet fitness and walk home so I wouldn't have to sit n stand still traffic. It is like this during any concert, soccer game football game, or any other large event.
Another issue is loud music at all hours, my neighbors are so inconsiderate that they blast music at all times of the day and night. This noise is usually the most prominent in my bedroom. I can literally hear exactly what song is playing and they do no care whether it is a weekday or weekend, they blast is regardless. I have been at home midday and had to put my tv on 70 just so I could hear my tv but one night it played well past midnight, waking me out of my sleep.
Finally, there is an issue of the cheap renovation. Upon walking through I was impressed with the dark wood cabinets, upgraded ss appliances, wood finish on the floors and the light fixtures. Although I was the first resident post renovation I have had to have a cabinet repaired, toilet handle fixed, closet doors, the water pressure is at best weak in the shower, my ceiling lights flicker from time to time, the wall socket plates were poorly installed and not properly fitted to the wall, I have sockets that do not work, and it's all really disappointing.
Needless to say I would not recommend this complex. Althought I have not experienced the car vandalism, or rodents described in the other reviews, I am waiting for my lease to end so that I can move on.

Not so bad just fear!
These apartments are nice in size, rooms and bedroom closet are larger then the newer apartments that are being build. The bathrooms are small and they don't have washer/dryer or dishwasher in them in them which is a pain. You have to share the two washer/dryers that are located in one building for two apartments building to share. Since I have been living here it's been pretty quite. What I don't like is that the rent has gone up every year with no improvement in the apartments just rent... going up.
