This is my second week since moving to The Vine, making it the third Bozzuto community I’ve lived in so far. The leasing office team here is nice, but I’m not sure why it’s taking so long to register the package locker and callbox.
Another major issue is the highway noise, which is extremely annoying. I’m surprised that there hasn’t been any noise cancellation solution or any measures taken to reduce it.

A bit more noisy than I expected, but better after we put on a blackout curtain, overall it’s nice, love the leasing team officers and the coffee machine downstairs, community is clean and tidy.

Love The Vine! The staff and maintenance are very attentive and friendly. The grounds are kept clean and safe. I recently renewed for my 4th year! Best apartment I’ve ever lived in!
Neighbor upstairs can be a little heavy-footed and we have some kids who enjoy running the halls - both can be loud. It’s cold, so I’m sure the kiddos are just trying to find some fun.
Either way, not a deal breaker. I recommend living here!
