Very disappointing! Had an issue and management took their time responding to it. They finally responded via email in a very condescending tone. Residents pay rent which is the equivalent to a mortgage to live here and expect excellent customer service. Will not recommend this community!

Love living at The Pilot House! The apartment is very comfortable with lots of sunlight and the staff is super friendly, particularly the Concierge staff. Nina, Rachell, Amber. The Maintenance staff is always friendly and helpful.
Look forward to having another happy year living at the Pilot House in Riverdale!

Fantastic on all fronts. Beautiful apartments, terrific location, peaceful vibe, clean environment, secure building, nice amenities, resident events and activities throughout the year. Staff here at Pilot House are exceptional. When they're not tied up on the wknds, they even bring our paper newspaper up to our apartment. The parties and celebrations Pilot House throws are great events and allow us to meet some of our neigbors.
