I enjoy the quiet community, in a popular area with everything close by. My resident experience is mixed, the building is getting old and after living here 25 years I see improvements that just aren’t getting done. I have limited contact with the rental office due to their hours and choosing to deal with management directly. Some things are just better left alone, unless I have a maintenance issue that needs attention.

Living here in my second year has been great. My children love our home. More recently however I’ve noticed homeless people lounging in the stairwells.

Strathmore is a decent place to live. There have been some initial hiccups like Ants crawling through the window gaps, toilets clogging etc, but over all the management had decent maintenance staff that respond to issues within 24-48 hours. The property need better lighting outdoors to walk in the nights, especially at the court yard side, also the halkway carpets seem old and needs shampooing as there are a lot if noticeable stains all over the hallways
