I’ve been living here for a year now. And for the entire year I’ve been complaining about the noise over my head. Stomping day & night, dog running and barking hours at a time, partying until 4am. Management does absolutely nothing about noise complaints and says that the dogs are allowed to run back and forth. They insisted that I be the one move out but I’d have to pay another $1,000 deposit and a $700 moving fee. Also, this is their third management team since I’ve been.

I love It Here
I really love this complex. They respond quickly to maintenance requests (not that I have had a lot) and it is a quiet community. I love the pool access and how close it is to all the stores and restaurants. Moving in was easy and the leasing agents were very nice. This economy is terrible but in this area it is reasonably priced.

Sydney was awesome. She made my leasing experience easy and less stressful. The property management was changing so there were a few small inconviences but nothing major at all. Everyone was professional and kind.
