The refrigerator is so small it will make your food go bad it will leak water the hot water goes out sometimes and your car will get broken into windows busted packages stolen elevator will break down. Garbage is piled up to the point of rodents come by for snacks. management don’t care The only thing nice is that the neighbors are very cool most of the time cant never get in contact with management water leaking from someone else’s bathroom into your apartment floors, swelling up and never been... fixed very thin floors and walls. You were here everything your neighbors is doing very dusty no matter how much you clean if you have bad sinus and allergies prepare to have sinus infections and flareups on a regular If you miss a payment, they’re going to want you to pay more than what you owe work it out not worth it

DON'T BE FOOLED
Pictures look nice, the reality of living here was not. Over two years of living at this address, my car was broken into 3 separate times. Street parking is your only option, besides this new dirt lot across the street recently provided after the 4th mass-car-break-in. New lot has no cameras, no lights, and only enough capacity for maybe 1/4th of the residents for both buildings (and that's being generous). Floors in all units and halls are cheap creaky wood, so be prepared to hear every... footstep taken within 30 feet above, next to, or below you. Additionally, you will hear everything your neighbors above/next to you do or say, and they'll hear you too. Just hope your neighbor doesn't have a neglected dog that barks its heart out the entirety of the time your neighbor is gone like I did. Laundry room downstairs is disgusting. Also if you order packages to your home and want to live here, add a P.O. box to your monthly budget. Packages stolen regularly, new notes on the front door nearly every week begging the thief/thieves to stop. Nothing changes. I wouldn't even recommend this place if you're desperate/in a pinch like I was when I moved in. Bottom line: don't do it.
