Zero Stars

This building is disgusting (roaches, grim, smells like garbage and decay). Something is always broken (elevator, heat, lock to the building). There is high theft, squatters, parking is wack. The management is awful. I never leave bad reviews but this place just shouldn’t be allowed to take money from people. Can’t wait to move.

Horrible Property Even Worse Management

I’ve almost lived here a year and have seen it all. The laundry room and elevator infested with cockroaches, the heat going down this winter for days at a time, leaks, package theft, bums and crackheads wandering the stairwells but the new managements lack of communication and what little effort they put in for anything at all for their tenants takes the cake. Can’t wait until my lease is over. Don’t live here, run!
