Has really bad roaches and water leaks. Terrible place to live. The only good thing about this place is the location. It is over priced for what it is. Has a lot of potential but has roaches the size of 50 cent pieces in the basement. Then the heat is constantly going out.

Rotting building with Roaches
Was fine for the first half, but had lots of leaks that got worse as it was left unaddressed by maintenance despite multiple calls from me and my roommate. Roach issue just got worse over time and was also unaddressed save for leaving a few sticky roach traps.

Terrible! Mice & roaches
I moved into a studio in July 2020 and had so many issues my entire time there. The building was infested with mice, I caught 15 mice in my apartment and had to move out & stay somewhere else and the building did nothing to help or compensate. All my neighbors also had issues with mice and or roaches. I broke my lease in after threatening legal action for the disgusting living conditions and I had to wait 5 months to get my security deposit back. Terrible management please stay away from... essential management company and any of their buildings in midtown.

Maintenance is horrible
Maintenance here is a big problem, but management above maintenance is not doing their job either. The apartment manager is unreliable and unresponsive. No one here cares about living conditions. The tenants above me had pooling water on their floor in their bathroom because they were doing laundry in their bathtub. It was leaking through my bathroom ceiling, RAINING all over my bathroom. Their toilet was also leaking above my toilet, so going to the bathroom throughout this process was... unpleasant. My problems were not addressed for a month or so. Then, I had a perfectly working kitchen. Management offered a kitchen upgrade. Four months later and it is still not done. It is a little kitchen, it should not take this long. They took apart my kitchen, then for a month, it was not even touched. They don’t clean up after themselves. Rooms are overcharged for what they are. Personally, I am a good tenant and would like more than anything to not deal with maintenance. But the problems occuring here, are beyond my reach. If you don’t like headaches, don’t rent here.

If you find yourself ok with people tearing down your room for maintenance without telling you before, this is the place for you.
Rooms are live-able. Some bedrooms might not have a heater in them. Noise from people are quite loud but I personally think it is ok. Do not surprise if washing machines sometimes do not work and are not fixed for a month. The biggest problem experienced living here was the maintenance. On the third month of living, some part of the bathroom ceiling fell down. I asked for maintenance twice and did not even get anything fixed. Two months later, there were people coming in and COMPLETELY TEARING... DOWN the bathroom and kitchen for renovation. The apartment was completely ruined by dust... I was not even informed that there would be a maintenance. Even though I email to the manager, I did not receive any reaponse until I called via phone. Apart from its location near to WSU and safe neighborhood, there is nothing left.
