Horrible complex with horrible office staff 0/5 stars
This place does not deserve 1 star, but you can't give 0.
TL;DR- old, outdated units, few to no amenities. Water/trash was added this year for $35/month, previously free, no additional dumpsters added, but available dumpsters constantly overflowing. I have seen people parked in the lot having sex in their car MULTIPLE TIMES. No recycling, no washer/dryer, no dishwasher, old bathroom and kitchen set ups. You can only get Xfinity internet. Outside sidewalks/green areas are regularly messy,... something that NEVER happened with previous mgmt. Units are old and LOUD. You will hear your neighbors above or below you snoring, arguing, watching TV.
AVOID THIS COMPLEX AND ANY COMPLEX “MANAGED” BY PEAK.
Recent “improvements” include new carpeting in the hallways and new blacktop for parking lots. First of all- No one lives in the hallway, you can’t even have your shoes or a decoration out there, so who cares if the carpet was the old one or this new cheap, poorly installed carpet that won’t allow the doors to stay open all the way or closed all the way.
After repaving of the parking areas, there have been a rash of flats across residents cars with large screws in the tire.
There is a van parked in front of the leasing office that has had a flat tire and no plates on their vehicle at least two weeks now. 1 renter has wooden posts wedged into their windows, I assume they had a break in, because no one has done this before until this management stepped in. They're absolutely awful and know you're at their mercy, so they give you attitude and scoff at your concerns.
Parking is terrible, many residents just let their friends/significant others take resident parking spots. Previous to Peak, visitors needed to get a pass to park in the parking lot, not anymore.
One of the few buildings that has a laundry facility in the basement smells like raw sewage. The office knows this and doesn’t do much to remedy it.
Office mgmt SAYS they understand the concerns and committed to their residents having the best experience. They will listen to feedback, but that is the extent of it. They do not care about working with their residents AT ALL, their “resolution” is telling you that you can sign your lease or find another place to live.
They came in and immediately raised rent prices through the roof for even the most modest of units. The older apartments are not worth $990. Run, don’t walk away from these apartments. You can find way better for the same or less.

No longer value for money
New management took over and raised prices significantly. The apartments are old, moldy and drafty. No central air. Some buildings don't have washer/dryer.
