Apartments are of average quality. The leasing office staff is amenable. The pricing is a bit high. The primary issues are: Cigarette and weed smoke that filters over from adjacent units. Cars driving through at high speed blasting the radio.

HORRIBLE
For starters Chris and his maintenance team are the most disrespectful people i’ve ever met. They do not care about your privacy at all, Maintenance walks right in to the apartments if unlocked or will go get their keys and open it right up, They are ALWAYS watching, It’s definitely weird, and if i wanted to i have all the proof to take it farther then what i am. Also anytime there was noise complaints in the building , it was always chris coming to my door and claiming the neighbors said it was... coming from me and my roommate, Which was never the case, He claimed he went to all the doors to tell everyone to keep it down, when really he never did. I tried telling maintenance and also the police that the noise and screams are coming from next door because there is a couple that get violent almost every other night, but they never ever checked up on it. These are the worst apartments i’ve ever seen. They might look nice but they are horrible. Not to mention the other big problem, when we moved in, We were not allowed to see our apartment until after signing the lease... On the first day moving in, we discovered 3 of the door handles broken, The carpet was torn up and super dark in places, The garbage disposal didn’t work, the oven light was out, the fridge was leaking, and 1 of the blinds were stuck and wouldn’t move. i reported it and let them know i would like this stuff fixed, as i just paid to live here... That never happened , i would call and leave messages, and No one got back with me. Alpine lake is a big joke, and a waste of money!!!

Good First Home Away From Home...
I've lived here for almost two years now. This was my first home away from home, and it's been relatively good living here. Maintenance can be called at all hours if there is an emergency (I've had my garbage disposal bust at midnight, and our lovely maintenance came 30 minutes after my call), management is as helpful as they can be, the grounds are kept in pretty good condition, and the neighbors (at least on my side of the complex) are nice. However, people drive too fast through the parking... lot despite a lot of kids playing outside, the other side of the complex has had issues with loud parties where MIPs have been issued, and the inside of the apartments are outdated. I can usually handle outdated, but we're talking icky 90s linoleum that is dingy from years of use. The exhaust fans in the bathroom are terrible. They don't do their job, and you end up cleaning your bathroom 3x as often as you normally would. Anyway, all in all it's a good place to live when you're first moving out. It's affordable, the maintenance is (in my personal opinion) award-worthy considering the horror stories I've heard about maintenance staff at other complexes, and the neighborhood is better than a lot of others I've seen here in good ol' Jackson. After a few years you'll most likely be ready to move on, though.

Life in a nutshell
It's quite quiet here in this land of Jackson town. If you like being next to a park, that is incredibly busy practically all summer long, people driving way too fast and, then this is the place for you! Come check this place out!
