Old farm shores not be the newest of apartments, but the staff sure makes it the best place to live! The resident events, such as Christmas in July, game nights, hot cocoa bars and cookie decorating are so much fun… there is always something to do. The office staff are great and the maintenance are the best around, especially Jon W who will quickly fix any work order and is always so friendly!

Excellent place to live
I have really enjoyed my time at Old Farm Shores since being relocated back to the GR area. I took a 2-bedroom that gives me plenty of space to work from home and also have my dogs feel comfortable. Patty in the office showed us the dog park right away and I appreciate how pet-friendly they are here and in the surrounding area. Definitely recommend.

Very Helpful!!
I am a new resident and have had an amazing experience with the leasing office! Tasha, Larry, and Patty have all been so helpful and kind throughout the application/touring process and during move in. Couldn’t ask for a friendlier, more responsive, and overall better team to assist me in finding this apartment. Maintenance is also very quick and responsive which is great!

Great Customer Service (Tasha is great!)
I am not currently a resident, but when looking into and starting the application process. Not only did we find zero red flags, but Tasha gave us a tour of available apartments an was able to give us straight forward solid answers to every question we could think to ask. We did not leave with any questions.

Affordable living in a nice neighborhood
The apartments and the grounds are well maintained. The admin and support staff are friendly and helpful, very responsive if you call for maintenance. There are multiple sizes of apartments for rent. There's an option for carport parking, for a nominal monthly fee.
With a walking trail on the edges of the property, small lakes/ponds for catch and release fishing, a swimming pool and various apartment community events, there are plenty of things to do without necessarily having to into the city.... There are plenty of stores, restaurants and doctors offices in the immediate area. The airport is close enough to be convenient, but far enough away so that the noise isn't bothersome.
