The property had roaches when I moved in once I continue to complain 2 months later they come out then charge me for getting ride of the roaches the carpet is from 2000 saying it’s new carpet then when I wouldn’t renew my leases they tried to charge me 250 to clean the old carpet I complained about when I moved in the property

Big Apartment. Convenient Location.
I am a medical student doing my residency at St. John Hospital. The manager helped me apply for my apartment over email and mail since I moved from out of state. She also texted photos of the apartment to me and gave me a St. John Hospital discount. Very nice lady. I had a problem with my mailbox key and the maintenance man came over immediately to help me. I met another medical student in my building and made friends with my nice, elderly neighbor. I hear a little bit of noise, but nothing like... my last apartment. The location couldn't be more convenient for me and my apartment is HUGE! More space than I need honestly! I will live here until I am done with my residency and have recommended these apartments to my fellow colleagues.

Look elsewhere!
Very crowded community: A 1-bedroom apartment is usually occupied by a 4-people family, and 2-bedroom apartment is usually occupied by a 6-people extended family.
Walls and floors are paper-thin. You can hear neighbours loud talking, TVs, musics, kids crying through walls and through floor boards throughout the days and nights.
