Wouldn’t recommend moving here

This complex has had 3 managers in two years, and each one is worse than the previous one. The new manager, Jessie, is not timely in scheduling maintenance. She dismisses the needs of the residents, and she is constantly making changes that are in violation of the lease. The maintenance staff does not fix things properly. They replaces things with cheap fixtures. The best part about this complex is the neighbors. This complex can be really great if they find a good manager and experienced... maintenance workers.

The Meadows Review

I have been living here for 16 mos. and I love living here! It is quiet both inside and out. For me, it is an excellent retirement community....Walgreens, Panera Bread, Meijer Grocery Store/Pharmacy....not to mention all the eateries on Sprinkle Road. And they are all right in my back yard. Gas stations, restaurants, tire service from Discount Tire or Belle Tires, credit unions, Qudoba, Shell and Meijer gas stations....I am so blessed!

I just love flower gardening and watching the birds,...
so the management let me put in a flower garden, birdbath and bird feeders. I have made this my home....and the friendly management staff and maintenance service has made this a very pleasurable experience.

I enjoy living in a townhouse, because at night, I can leave the windows open and not be scared about anyone peeking in my window. My neighbors are friendly, but I also make it a point to be friendly and helpful to my neighbors when needed. The walls are thick enough to block out most sounds. Once in a while a muffled sound, but nothing like some motels I've experienced!

Need exercise? You can walk "the loop" as I call it in about 30 minutes if you choose to walk all the parking areas.
There is also equipment in the main office which is available to use.

I appreciate our maintenance man, John. Most often when I put in a maintenance issue request, he's over here to fix it the same day I submitted it.

You can arrange for automatic payments, too, which I appreciate, because then I don't have to think about it every month.

And finally, I can't say enough about the cheerfulness or our management staff. They help to make living here like family and that means the world to me, because I have no family near me. I can truly say, "This is my home."
The Meadows is a great place to live. I'm thankful this is where God led me. And speaking of God, there is a very friendly Christian right around the corner which has excellent outreach ministries. They just started a divorce care support group ministry this year. (2015)....and it has helped me so much to cope with my divorce.

I am very comfortable here. :) Come and give us a look. :)
