Horrible property management
Absolutely horrible responses from property management and maintenance. The unit we had was original from the 1970s. Doors were split and peeling, faucet fixtures had holes from aging, carpeting was at least 5 years old with cigarette burns, entire apartment smelled of cigarette smoke for the three year duration we were there because they left the NASTY carpet from previous tenant. Parking was assigned, but NEVER enforced. Got the run around when reporting to office and maintenance and I rarely... got to park in my own spot. I had to rent a covered spot to have parking, even then other tenants guests would park there. No response from property management from at least 10 complaints. There was MOLD in the windows seals and on the access panel for the shower. Had headaches from it the whole time I lived there. Don’t waste your money here. The only PRO is the view!
