I have lived here since 2018, and I do not recommend it. It was one of the cheapest options when I moved in that also had availabilities within my timeframe, and the only reason I haven't moved out yet is because I've had financial issues finding anything else nearby, but this past year has been the final straw. They lost my lease 2 times and both times asked me to sign a new one. Maintenance never can be bothered to do much of anything in terms of repairs, and the on site laundry units are... never in working order. When my building's main door broke, and we had to keep it propped open to be able to get into the building, management threatened to fine everyone in the building for doing so. Speaking of management, they have a bad case of left hand not talking to the right, and even have gone so far as to illegally threaten to evict me and take me to court despite having been paid up to date on my rent and also not giving me any warning leading up to the summons. I call to have things fixed and I'm told they'll jump right on it, but they can't be bothered to do anything for at least a few days. And the rent is not worth the size and quality of the apartments. I've put up with it because I can't afford to move elsewhere at the moment, but each day I am getting closer and closer to preferring couch surfing over living here.
