seriously- if you're older, require regular sleep, regular peaceful meals, or would just like to relax without getting the heck startled out of you every time a door is hard slammed shut - on average every ten minutes - avoid this 'community' at all cost. you're welcome

This is a great place to live there is peace and quiet. You dont have to worry about kids running around because there is a park. There is a great view of the lake. There is a gas station and liquor store near by for when you want/ need odds and ends. Every one is friendly and mond there own business

Nice space for the price. All utilities included except cable & internet. Good views right off of the lake.

Lakepointe Apartments are AMAZING for a child.
They are sitting right on Ford Lake with great views and the ability to go fish as you please. There are play grounds and nature walks there.
The security is 100% at all times, the rent office is really strick about the rules of the community and i enjoy living there.

Beautiful lake view for North facing apartments, all utilities included, heating and cooling, main entry remote camera viewing, newly updated elevators. Nearby to several parks and every pizza place in the metro area. Walls are rather thin, ceiling and floor are cement slabs, intercom goes down frequently and carries smoke from other units along with the bathroom ventilation. Bathroom has heating lamp and great pressure on shower head. pretty quiet depending on the floor.
