Mice, cockroaches, borderline domestic violent residents, the property manager/landlady doesn't pick up her phone, does not text back, and is completely unreliable. They either need more training, or flat out just needs to be fired. On multiple occasions me and my roommates fixed our own leaky sinks because the "plumber" that they sent wasn't actually a plumber. Just an all-around somewhat experienced "fixer" guy was sent. Our duct tape job did better than they did. Please save your money, find... a different location. It's not worth the frustration, anxiety, and unprofessionalism that is this apartment complex.

Loud and Unclean
Management is great, but there are a lot of loud disrespectful people here. Garbage in the parking lot and they don't fix things. Constantly having to call for things to get done. Plus any visitors have to risk parking on the street over night.
