Apartments are mostly hardwood flooring, but the location in nice and quiet. I don't reccomend if you don't like Coborns as that's the closest grocery store for miles. No elevator, so keep in mind when moving groceries up three flights of stairs. Not much goes in in Belle Plaine itself, so you'll have to drive out of town for fun stuff, but is night next door to the Minnesota River Valley, Candy Barn, Ren Fest, and Valley Fair up and down 169. Kitchens were small.
