It's cheap, and it's decent for a new/first apartment. Problems come from a multitude of issues from management to the people who live here too sadly. Electric heating in my living room doesn't work either! Other than that, I'll continue to live here for the pricing. and there isn't any parking (expanded by 25% but even my small car doesn't fit in a spot. lol

Nice Spot
Decent rents for what you get. Units are nice. Huge decks. Ours was overlooking the river. Nice wooded lot, one block from grocery store and post office. Took a job in another town, otherwise we'd still be there.

Building isn't taken care of. The landlord is rude and is always trying to get into the units to check them out. Way too expensive for how small the units are. There is no garages and not even enough parking for visitors. I would never recommend them to anyone.

If a tenant brings in a pet and it urinates all over the carpet, it must be replaced. That results in a loss of a damage deposit. The ownership has invested hundreds of thousands of dollars on this apartment building in upgrades and we continue to... invest in its upkeep. When we turn over units, we go through them thoroughly and do whatever we can to take care of our tenants. We only enter units for annual inspections and when there is a call for maintenance or repairs. We have asked tenants about garages, and there was not enough interest to construct them. If enough tenants ask for them, we will look into building them. Parking lot was expanded by 25% two years ago and repaved. Price per square foot is on the lower end of the local market according to apartments.com. Building is situated on a wooded lot on the Clearwater River within walking distance of stores, with 8x8 steel decks overlooking the river.
