The building is decent. But there’s a lot of things going wrong that shouldn’t be for an apartment building on 7 months old. Ceilings and walls crumbling, apartment number signs falling off the walls. Washing machines stop working. Management is subpar. Makes you fix your own problems. Doesn’t offer help or guidance when something goes wrong. Office constantly closed, making communication extremely hard.
