The front desk staff are so friendly and helpful. They are always willing to help me retrieve my packages. They always greet me with a smile when I come home.

365 is the best building I’ve ever lived in!
From the units to the staff, everyone is awesome and makes it fun to live here. You can feel it amongst the community here as well.

I very recently moved in to 365 Nicolett and have to say this has been one of the most seamless and stress free moves I have ever undertaken. And I moved across the country so that says a ton! The entire staff went out of their way to be helpful and accommodate my needs. Angela, Jacky, Tara and the front desk team have gone above and beyond to make me feel welcome. My apartment was gorgeous upon move in, the utilities were in place, the concierge services even brought my packages up so they were... waiting when I arrived, and they even offered to grab me some groceries! They have also helped coordinate my furniture deliveries while I worked! The building and amenities are top notch, my view is breathtaking, and every one of my neighbors have been so kind. As a single woman moving alone to a city I felt a bit nervous to be on my own but the building is ridiculously secure and I feel like part of a community. I honestly can’t say enough good things! Amazing location, friendly leasing staff, clean building - this apartment building has all the amenities you could ask for, plus some! The residents are friendly and apartments themselves modern and clean.
