The Burlington is a pretty nice apartment complex. It's pretty quiet and really centrally located with everything within easy access. The pros are lightning fast maintenance crew and a nice gym/pool with friendly front office staff (do note that this depends as the front office staff change faster than our weather forecast). The cons mostly being that you can end up with loud or smoking neighbors -> this being mostly a result of the kind of people that move into the place moreso than the... apartment staff themselves who seem to respond decently quickly when an issue is reported. For a large apt complex there are some great things about it like it’s mostly pretty quiet we have recently have some issues with a loud neighbor. We have had theft issues too. Maintenance is pretty quick when needed. The grounds are pretty clean the gym is a great place.
