Roaches and Mice and Mold

My boyfriend lived here for a short time and there was roaches and mice, not to mention the mold in the bathroom. The heat isn’t controlled by you but instead by the property from the room the control room which was admitted by one of the staff members. The apartments are always freezing and if you don’t have curtains to cover the window in your room it’s going to feel like you’re just laying outside in the freezing weather. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Bad place to live

Lived here the past year and it's a terrible place to live. I'll try to be brief. We have had maintenance problems at least 6 times (which they are horrible at responding to, more on that below), the heat doesn't work very well and you can't control it from your apartment, the plumbing is horrible, there are roaches. They have rules, but they do not enforce them at all, like no smoking, but you can smell smoke all over all the time, don't prop the door open, but it is constantly being propped... open, there's no security other than a basic lock on the doors, they refuse to install cameras and our stuff gets stolen all the time- bike parts, stuff from our cars, and packages. We've had multiple floods but the worst thing that happened was when the kitchen sink backed up. It started filling up on a Friday night so we had to call the emergency line... it was not working at all. We finally got a hold of them and they said someone would come but no one did. Long story short, it flooded the kitchen TWICE while we were out and while we were asleep. Finally someone came on Sunday. But the water damage destroyed all of my cookbooks and I had to clean and sanitize the floors, countertops, and everything in the lower cabinets which took well over 5 hours. They didn't take responsibility at all, and they didn't help with anything. This place is not worth its price, not even close. It will be interesting to see if they try to respond to this.

My Sanctuary of peacefulness

My review is of the highest quality and gratitude,I was widowed in 2001 & left with ptsd&serious depression&have had to stay in hospitals and mental health residents in the wake of a very traumatic life event.Doing a little better with time....I wanted to experience living alone older now.And I felt accepted through the course of applying w/ Darrell _property management/Janice_ office w/&the professional follow ups with property owner Greg......the place is a awesome home and environment and... looks great....living begins again here and I'm most grateful& feel safe......Thanks! :-)
