Worst office to rent from

The building is okay. They take an incredibly long time to change light bulbs in hallways and the carpets are disgusting. The office is the worst. They lie to you to get out of doing there job. I've had them try to show my apartment while quarantining. If you bring it up to management they tell you it was just a miscommunication. Not only that after I moved out I had to get in contact with them to get a package that never got forwarded because it was left in front of my front door. They told me... that it wasn't there problem and they guess they could go check to see if it was there, when I called back I was told the package was gone, must have never been there. I went later that day to check because they have a history of lying and it was just sitting upstairs in front of my old apartment.

Just moved in

I just moved into an apartment on April 2018.
Well tentatively about 20 days later.
I have a broken patio screen door that doesn't open or shut without using force. Bent lock so cannot be safe with patio open.
Washing machine makes a horrible loud noise when washing clothes cannot hear myself think.
Broken blind ...was rigged until it fell down
I have contacted the management and the propert owners.
It is now may 11th and nothing done!!!'
If nothing is taken care of By the end of this month I...
will be contacting the Whistle Blower Hotline.
This is unacceptable!

Beware!

I am writing this review as a former renter of Courtyard Apartments. I lived in a 2 bed 2 bath apartment for 2 years. I would not recommend renting from Campbell Property to anyone. These apartments are presented as "luxury", but are unkempt, dirty, and lacking steady, reliable apartment managers. It seemed that every few months, there was a letter posted on our doors that the apartment manager was once again changing.
However, let me start from the time of move-in. When we did our initial...
walk-through of the apartment, there were three damaged doors (holes in them), bad drywall repair, and broken appliances in the bathrooms. These things were noted on the move-in checklist, and it was understood that they would be repaired at the time of move-in. No one ever came to repair anything. We decided to call management, twice. No response. Randomly one day, without notice, a man showed up at our apartment to "measure for new doors". He did, never saw from or heard of doors again. Called management twice, no response. In the meantime, we decided to make the best of our time. After all, these apartments offer amenities such as a large pool for children!, a heated spa jacuzzi!, and a well-kept, clean workout room!! What was soon discovered was that, after living there for 6 months, the pool had been "closed" for about 4 months for "repair". Now, I assure you, there were no repairs being done. We watched and waited. That was another thing that Courtyard Apartments offered, was closed circuit security cameras. To see the pool, workout room, etc.
However, these seldom seemed to be working either. Finally!!, after months of unexplained closure, the pool was re-opened. We went down to check it out. At first, it was semi-clean. However, it slowly became more filthy, and nobody seemed to be keeping it up. Garbage on the floor, in the pool, and green slime in the jacuzzi for weeks at a time. Seriously disgusting. Unfortunately, no swimming for us. Well, at least we have the workout area, right? Well, let's just say it was as well-kept as the pool. The interior of the apartments was usually filthy.
Long story short, after 2 years of nonsense, we moved out.
During the moveout walkthrough, I made sure to verbally note the damage that had been there since move in, and that it was never repaired. After illegally sending us our deposit late, we were charged for all the damages that had been there since move in. They refunded us, but illegally for the wrong amount.
